For over ten years, MEI has provided TRIO Projects, PBI Grantees and other educational opportunity programs with technical assistance in the areas of project implementation; compliance assessment; external process-based evaluation; documentation, recordkeeping, and annual performance reporting; database management, and other professional development workshops.

MEI has also had a very successful record of securing over $100 million of funding via new and continuation grants for institutions and non-profit organizations submitted to federal, state, and private agencies. MEI remains the standard in general grant services, professional development, and advocacy for the PBI and Title III community.
